Persian modern paintings to grace Muscat Bait Muzna Gallery
TEHRAN, Feb. 15 (MNA)-- The Bait Muzna Gallery is scheduled to display an art exhibit from a group of Iranian modern painters, which will open in Muscat on March 4.
The show has been organized in collaboration between Bait Muzna and the Iranian gallery of Mah-e Mehr.
“In this exhibit, the painters have blended both their own external environments and social experiences with their internal inspirations,” Farah Abolqasem, one of the painters, said on Monday.
“They have created their artworks through poetic concepts, beauty and evils as well as their imaginations, fears and loves. They express these concepts through the language of color and lines painted on canvas,” she added.
“What makes the exhibit impressive is the diversity of their outlooks and various experiences the artists share through social status commonalities,” she noted.
Alireza Jeddi, Einoddin Sadeqzadeh, Amir-Hossein Zanjani, Mitra Kavian, Alireza Sa’adatmand, Bita Vakili, Aneh Mohammad-Tatari, Morteza Darebaghi, Farah Osouli, Neda Moinafshari, Fat’hollah Marzban and Shoreh Mehran are other members of the group.
