Gia Lai to spend big on vocational training
Gia Lai (VNA) - The People's Committee of Central Highlands Gia Lai province on August 14 decided to allocate over 10 billion VND (600,000 USD) to improve local vocational training capacity.
Of the amount, 8.3 billion VND will be spent buying equipment for the Gia Lai Technical School and vocational training centres in An Khe town andAyun Pa and Chu Se districts.
Around 2 billion VND will be used to train ethnic minority and disabledpeople and rural labourers.
The project is part of the 2008 national programme on education and vocation training.-Enditem
