Barazani, US Ambassador, Commander of American forces discuss Iraq’s security, political situation

Erbil (NINA) – Head of Kurdistan region, Massoud Barazani, discussed on Tuesday, Feb. 8, with US Ambassador to Iraq, James Geoffrey, and the Commander of American forces in Iraq, General Lloyd Austin, and the delegation accompanying them the political and security situation in Iraq.
Informed source said, “The American side reviewed results of discussion in US Leaders in Washington and with Congress members asserting American leadership concern in protecting Kurdistan region and Iraq.”
