Government concerns with drafting law of administrative division,

SANA'A, Aug. 13 (Saba)- Prime Minister Ali Mujawar pointed out on
Wednesday to concern of the government with the process of preparing
a draft law of administrative division as it has positive impact on
the development in the nation.

In his speech in the opening ceremony of launching second phase for
training field team to the draft law of administrative division,
Mujawar said that such step would open wide horizons of the local
authority to do its role affectively to response to needs of the
citizens and contribute to development process directly.

He said that determination for the borders of districts and
governorates would be main element for stability and enhance
performance of the local authority, highlighting efforts of the
technical committee to prepare the draft.

Mujawar voiced readiness of the government to offer all kinds of
support for the committee to do its task, calling on leaderships of
the local council to facilitate field mission of the committee.

For his part, the Deputy Minister of Local Council Jafar Hamid
reviewed tasks of the committee and its achievements to prepare the
draft, saying that the committee managed to draw initial vision of
the draft.

The three-day course would focus on explaining executive guideline
to carry out the second phase of the preparing the draft.AH
