EC-funded reproductive health project in Yemen signed
TAIZ, Dec. 18 (Saba) - Taiz governor Hamoud al-Sufi and head of technical support team of reproductive health and population
project Yasir al-Saleh signed here on Saturday the final agreement of the project.
The project worth $1.8 million is funded by European Commission as a grant.
The two-year project, to start as from 2011, aims to improve health reproductive
and population services to care mothers and children's health as well as reducing
mortality.
The governor accented the importance of getting benefit from the project in order
to develop health services.
