President opens al-Saleh Sports Hall in Aden

ADEN, Dec.05 (Saba) - President Ali
Abdullah Saleh opened on Sunday Al-Saleh Sports Hall in the economic and commercial
capital,
Aden.
The hall has capacity for three thousand persons and is made up of many facilities
for games of volleyball, tennis, basketball, athletics and others. It is equipped
to be
multi-purpose hall and the total cost of the hall projects amounts to YR 400 million.
On another hand, Saleh paid a visit to Ba-Suhaib Military Hospital, where he
reassured on the health of Head of Palestinian Football Federation Jibril
al-Rajoub, who has
been experienced a sudden health malaise and taken to the hospital for treatment.
Furthermore, President Saleh visited the May 22 Public Hospital and got acquainted
with modern medical equipments that the hospital has been equipped with at a cost
of USD
7 million, and toured the different sections of the hospital, which has capacity for
120 beds.
President Saleh asked after the conditions of patients receiving treatment in the
hospital and exchanged talk with them wishing them all the healing and wellness.
Saleh noted the expansion witnessed by the city of Aden in the medical services
field, directing to expand the medical specializations and the level of services
provided
by the hospital for the patients.
