UNFPA supports youth activities at Aden University

ADEN, Aug. 15 (Saba) - Youth
Welfare Center at Aden University has organized an open day activity, which comes
within the
framework of World Youth Day and supported by the United Nations Population Fund
(UNFPA).
The activity was attended by many youth from different universities and included
awareness lecture on reproductive health and family planning issues.
Talking to Saba, director of the center at Aden University Hossam Salam noted that
the center was established for raising the awareness among young people of both
sexes
in health aspects.
The center would organized other six open days during the coming period aiming at
awareness-raising among youth and society as a whole on health subjects, Salam
added.
He noted to the importance of spreading awareness on reproductive health and family
planning issues.
