Nexen wants to wide investment in Yemen

SANA'A, Aug. 07 (Saba) - The Canadian Nexen
Inc. voiced on Saturday its desire to wide its investment in Yemen.
During his meeting with Minister of Oil and Minerals Amir al-Aydarus, President and
CEO of Nexen Inc. Marvin Romanow said that the company wants to benefit form the
climate
and the promising investment opportunities in Yemen.
He also valued the facilities the company has received from the concerned
authorities during its nonstop work in Yemen for 20 years.
Al-Aydarus and Romanow talked about expanding the company's investments in
exploration and production area and the investment opportunities in fields of oil
and gas in Yemen.
They also reviewed the company's activity in blocks No. 14 and 51 and means of
developing them.
