Trial of 4 suspects in charge of raising armed contumacy started

SANA'A, July 24 (Saba) - Sana'a penal court started on Wednesday hearing on case of four suspects in charge of inciting citizens to refrain amenable to the laws and raising armed contumacytargeting unity of the nation.

In a session headed by judge Radwan al-Namar, and attending by the prosecutor Khaled al-Mawari, the court accused Ali Munasar, Naji al-Arabi, Aidarous al-Dahbali and Hussein al-Bukairi of inciting people to breach the law and armed contumacy against the authorities as well as delivering speeches and rumors to disorder the publicsecurity.

The court listened to the suspects replay who rejected all accusation against them.

The court delayed the trial until Oct 25th and allowed defendants' lawyers to makecopies of the files of the case and meet their clients.
