Concerned bodies discuss new industrial law
SANA'A, July 24 (Saba)- A workshop assigned for discussing industrial law with concerned bodies held in Ministry ofIndustry and Trade on Wednesday.
Minister of Industry and Trade Yahya al-Mutawakel, who sponsored the workshop, affirmed importance of the new law in improving, developing and protecting industrial activity, stressing importance of enriching this law with notes observation for enacting legislative environment encouraging industrial sector.
For his part, deputy minister of industry and trade Abdul-Elah Sheiban reviewed the draft law and its items, noting that the law is divided into six chapters include aims, organizing industrial sector, small industries and handicrafts, industrial recordand industrial controlling, commitments of facilities and final rules.
Sheiban affirmed the ministry's keenness on including all concerned industrial bodies in enriching the draft law with observations, expecting that the law would contributein promoting economic development wheal in the country.
