Vietnamese martial artists won 10 gold medals
Hanoi (VNA) – Vietnamese martial artists won 10 gold medals, taking the first
place at the first Asian Vovinam Championships held in Kish , Iran on July 19
and 20.
The Vietnamese team led the demonstration event with six gold medals, while the
Iranian team took the bad in the combat event with seven gold medals.
In the combat event, Vietnam carried off four gold medals. Winners were Nguyen
Duy Khanh (male) and Nguyen Son Ca, Thanh Truc and Ngoc Han (female).-Enditem
