SANA'A, July 14 (Saba)- The Supreme Committee for Managing School Health and Nutrition affirmed on Sunday replacing biscuit support provided by the World Bank to girl schools with health services in a number of governorates and training students and teachers in targeted schools how to manage this service.
This alternatives of the $- 6 million worth biscuits includes vitamins and vaccinations to girl students as well as providing targeted schools with sanitationnetworks and nutrition enlightenment.
The committee chose one district from one targeted provinces, Amran, Hajjah,Hudeida, Taiz and Shabwah for applying these alternatives.
