Interior Ministry releases 234 weapon sellers

SANA'A, July 13 (Saba) - Interior Ministry has released 234 weapon sellers arrested during the government's campaign to shut weapon stores (June 16th - July 9th), the military-run 26sep.net reported on Saturday.

Well-informed source at the ministry said that the ministry's orders included also continuing closure of the stores and seizing the weapons.

The sellers have been released after submitting written pledges not to return to practicing this illegal activity and to appear before the security agencies when requested to do so, according to the ministry's Information Security Center.

Worth mentioning, nearly 246 weapon stores have been closed and confiscated the weapons they were in during the campaign that carried out all over the country.
