CHIEF OF AZERBAIJAN`S STATE COMMITTEE ON WORK WITH DIASPORA MEETS ISRAELI FM
Baku, May 7 (AzerTAc). Chairman of Azerbaijan`s State Committee on Work with Diaspora Nazim Ibrahimov met Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Liberman.
Mr. Ibrahimov briefed on achievements gained in various fields of the country, including economy. He said after Azerbaijan regained its independence, the friendly relations between the two countries had reached a new level.
Mr. Liberman praised a role of President Ilham Aliyev in expanding relations. He also praised Azerbaijan`s image in the region and all over the world.
Role of Diaspora organizations in development of relations was also discussed at the meeting.
