KEMALEDDIN HEYDAROV: SUCCESS OF AZERBAIJANI BOXERS AND WRESTLERS – RESULT OF PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV`S CARE FOR SPORTS DEVELOPMENT

Baku, May 3 (AzerTAc). “These medals are the evidence of sports development in Azerbaijan. National leader Heydar Aliyev has always paid attention to sports. The same care is now shown by President Ilham Aliyev,” said President of the Azerbaijan Boxing Federation Kemaleddin Heydarov, commenting on the success of Azerbaijani boxers who won two gold and one bronze medals at the world youth championship here.
“We will not wait too long for good results since Azerbaijani athletes have performed well recently in the European wrestling championship in Baku,” said Head of the Federation.
Azerbaijani athletes won seven gold, two silver and one bronze medals at the European wrestling championship in Baku.
