Baku, May 2 (AzerTAc). “Turkey wants to open borders with Armenia but this country must first solve its problems with Azerbaijan,” said Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu in his address at the Oxford University
“There must not be tension and wars to prevent crisis in the region where Turkey is located. We, of course, want to open border with Armenia. Opening of Turkey-Armenia border will not be enough. We want to open Azerbaijan-Armenia border as well in order to restore stability in the region,” Davutoglu added.
