ABD`S ANNUAL MEETING DUE IN TASHKENT
Baku, May 1 (AzerTAc). Today, regular annual meeting of the Asian Bank for Development will be held in Tashkent.
At meeting, discussed will be activity of ABD for expired period in region and forthcoming plans, the effect of global financial crisis for region and the Program of the Central-Asian Regional Economic Cooperation (CAREC).
Currently, the CAREC projects finances rehabilitation and extension in Azerbaijan of the Yevlakh-Ganja and Qazakh-Georgia highways, trade and transportation on railways.
At four-day meeting, Azerbaijan is to be presented by delegation led by Minister of Finance Samir Sharifov.
