OSCE CHAIRMAN-IN-OFFICE DISCUSSES NAGORNO-KARABAKH CONFLICT`S SETTLEMENT WITH AZERI, ARMENIAN FMs
Baku, April 28 (AzerTAc). OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Kazakh Secretary of State Kanat Saudabayev discussed, during a telephone conversation, with foreign ministers Elmar Mammadyarov of Azerbaijan and Edward Nalbandian of Armenia settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
Saudabayev said his country was interested in peaceful resolution of the conflict, and stressed the necessity of increasing relevant efforts.
He also did not exclude Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev`s participation in the settlement process.
They also discussed preparations for an informal meeting of the OSCE foreign ministers to be held in Almaty on July 16-17 and OSCE summit in Astana this autumn.
