TURKISH, RUSSIAN TOP DIPLOMATS DISCUSS SETTLEMENT OF NAGORNO-KARABAKH CONFLICT
Baku, April 26 (AzerTAc). Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu has discussed settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov during a telephone conversation.
Lavrov briefed Davutoglu on the activity of the OSCE Minsk Group.
The sides stressed the necessity of continuing efforts towards establishing durable peace in the South Caucasus region.
The ministers also exchanged views on details of Russian President Dmitry Medvedev`s upcoming visit to Ankara, documents of a cooperation council to be established between the two countries and international issues.
