AZERBAIJAN OBSERVES MOMENT OF SILENCE FOR LECH KACZYNSKI

Baku, April 18 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan has today observed a moment of silence to commemorate Polish President Lech Kaczynski and the country`s top-ranking state and government officials who were killed in a plane crash last Saturday.
The moment of silence was observed at 15:00 (local time), with cars, ships and trains sounding their sirens and traffic coming to a halt.
