AZERI OMBUDSWOMAN TO ATTEND MEETING ON GENDER EQUALITY IN VIENNA
Baku, April 17 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan`s commissioner for human rights Elmira Suleymanova will attend a meeting on Gender Equality and Participation of Women in Public and Political Life to be held in Vienna next month.
The event will bring together ombudsmen of different countries, experts on woman rights and gender equality and representatives of civil society.
The conference will examine the promotion of gender balance and the participation of women in political and public life in the OSCE region.
Suleymanova will deliver a speech on woman`s rights and woman policy in Azerbaijan.
