ITALIAN MP ‘SURE' AZERBAIJAN GOVERNMENT TO CONDUCT COMPLETELY DEMOCRATIC ELECTIONS
Baku, April 17 (AzerTAc). I am sure that the forthcoming parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan will be conducted in a completely free, transparent and democratic manner, said visiting Italian MP, head of the country`s delegation to the OSCE PA Riccardo Migliori.
Touching upon the international conference “2010 parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan: more democratic, more transparent” Migliori described it as very successful. “The conference once again demonstrated that the Azerbaijan government is determined to conduct free, transparent and democratic elections.”
Migliori noted the Italian MPs had successful cooperation with their Azerbaijani counterparts. “We attach great importance to Azerbaijani parliamentarians` stance on the ongoing processes across the world.
