AZERBAIJAN FM MEETS EU ENERGY COMMISSIONER
Baku, April 15 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov met today with energy Commissioner of the European Union Gunter Oettinger.
According to press service of the Ministry, they exchanged views on the current situation and prospects for development of the Azerbaijan-EU energy cooperation and regional energy projects.
Mammadyarov noted Azerbaijan`s energy projects are designed for providing world markets with additional energy resources.
Oettinger, in his turn, stressed Azerbaijan plays a significant role in ensuring EU`s energy security.
The sides also discussed issues of mutual interest.
