AZERBAIJAN TO OBSERVE MOMENT OF SILENCE FOR LECH KACZYNSKI
Baku, April 15 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan will observe a moment of silence on April 18 to commemorate Polish President Lech Kaczynski and the country`s top-ranking state and government officials who were killed in a plane crash last Saturday, according to head of the Azerbaijani President`s Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev.
The moment of silence will be observed at 15:00 (local time) across the country, with cars, ships and trains sounding their sirens and traffic coming to a halt.
