‘WORLD COUNTRIES ATTACH IMPORTANCE TO AZERBAIJAN FOR NOT ONLY ITS GEOPOLITICAL POSITION’
Baku, April 13 (AzerTAc). The world countries attach importance to Azerbaijan for not only its geopolitical position, but also other aspects, said visiting chairman of NATO PA`s Sub-Committee Rainer Stinner.
Stinner said “we are very pleased that Azerbaijan has become a very rapidly developing country which is a powerful partner of NATO and EU, as well.”
Touching upon the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Stinner said he hopes that the talks to settle the dispute on the basis of the Madrid principles will continue.
