NATO DELEGATION PAYS TRIBUTE TO NATIONAL LEADER HEYDAR ALIYEV
Baku, April 12 (AzerTAc). A delegation of NATO Parliamentary Assembly Political Committee`s Sub-committee on NATO Partnerships has today visited the Alley of Honors to lay a wreath at the tomb of Azerbaijan`s national leader Heydar Aliyev. They also put flowers at the grave of prominent ophthalmologist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva.
NATO officials then visited the Alley of Martyrs to commemorate Azerbaijani heroes who gave their lives for the country`s independence and territorial integrity.
