Mottaki criticizes Britain for insincere policies
Tehran, April 12, IRNA -- Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki said on Sunday that the Islamic Republic of Iran never approves the unjust, insincere and wrong policies of Britain.
Mottaki made the remarks in a meeting with university students of Sharif University in Tehran.
Britain has interfered in Iran’s domestic issues and has continued with such an approach at various junctures, he said.
On Iran’s peaceful nuclear activities, he said Britain never hesitated to adopt the toughest stands in less than one decade and tried to lure others against Iran.
“We have been subject to ill-wishes and wrongdoings as well as hegemonic policies of Britain throughout history,” he said./end
