PACE CO-RAPPORTEURS WELCOME PARDON DECREE IN AZERBAIJAN

Paris, March 24 (AzerTAc). PACE Monitoring Committee co-rapporteurs on Azerbaijan Andres Herkel and Joseph Debono Grech and rapporteur on the issue of political prisoners Christoph Strässer have welcomed the decision by President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan to pardon 72 prisoners.
