EBRD DEVELOPING NEW AZERBAIJAN STRATEGY
Baku, March 21 (AzerTAc). The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, EBRD, has said it is working on a preliminary version of a new strategy for Azerbaijan.
EBRD`s president Thomas Mirow, who visited Baku earlier this week, said the draft strategy would be submitted to the Azeri government upon completion, and then presented to the EBRD Board of Directors for approval.
Mirow did not rule out that modernizing Azerbaijan`s power generation and transmission system might make the essence of the new strategy.
