AZERBAIJAN MAY HOST WORLD WEIGHTLIFTING CHAMPIONSHIPS
Baku, March 21 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan’s Weightlifting Federation has said it reached a preliminary agreement with the sport`s governing body, IWF, to host two world championship in Baku in 2011 and 2014.
The agreement was reached during the talks with the International Weightlifting Federation`s president Tamas Ajan, the Azeri federation said.
