AZERBAIJAN, GERMANY DISCUSS PROSPECTS FOR COOPERATION
Baku, March 9 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan`s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has today met Deputy Chairman of defense Committee of the German Bundestag, chairman of the Political Committee of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly Karl Lamers.
They praised relations between the two countries and discussed prospects for cooperation.
Mammadyarov informed Lamers on Azerbaijan`s role in the region, cooperation with European and Euroatlantic Institutions and the ongoing talks to settle the Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh.
