CENTRAL BANK OF AZERBAIJAN HAMMERS AWAY AT BILL ON HOUSING AND CONSTRUCTION BANKS

Baku, March 7 (AzerTAc). The Central Bank of Azerbaijan is working on the bill on housing and construction banks. It is going to use the German model in order to revitalize the mortgage market. Foreign financial institutions are expected to get involved in this process, said Central Bank`s deputy chairman Ali Guliyev.
People making a deposit in such banks will be entitled to get larger housing mortgage loans.
