Iran: Rigi was arrested without foreign help
Birjand, South Khorasan province, Feb 24, IRNA – Iran's Interior Minister said here on Tuesday evening that Abdulmalek Rigi, head of a terrorist group in east of country, was arrested without any foreign help.
Mustafa Mohammad-Najjar added that the arrest of Rigi outside Iran's borders does not mean there was any cooperation with foreign agents.
Member of Supreme National Security Council pointed out every thing is under control in Iran and a few marginal problems are not a good reason for propaganda about insecurity in the country.
The minister is in Birjand accompanying President Ahmadinejad and other cabinet ministers who are visiting the south Khorasan province./end
