President's condition improves further

DHAKA, Bangladesh, June 26 (BSS) - The condition of President Professor Dr Iajuddin Ahmed who is undergoing treatment at Combined
Military Hospital (CMH) at Dhaka Cantonment with viral fever
improved further as his temperature has become normal last night.

Personal physician of the President Brig Gen Mohammad Dr
Abdul Alim, who is also a member of the medical board for the
President's treatment, said Professor Iajuddin was shifted to a
cabin from the intensive care unit (ICU) today as his condition
improved significantly.

The President was admitted to CMH on Monday night as he was
suffering from viral fever.
