Baku, February 19 (AzerTAc). “Azerbaijan is interested in Council of Europe`s discussing Nagorno-Karabakh conflict constantly. The Council of Europe must keep the problem in the focus of its attention until it is solved, “ said head of the Azerbaijan parliamentary delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Samad Seyidov.
