KAZAKHSTAN`S OSCE PRESIDENCY ‘SHOULD TAKE IMPORTANT STEP’ TO CONTRIBUTE TO SETTLING NAGORNO KARABAKH CONFLICT

Ankara, February 13 (AzerTAc). Kazakhstan`s OSCE presidency should take an important step to contribute to settling the Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno Karabakh conflict, Turkish foreign minister Ahmet Davutoglu said in his interview to Anadolu Ajansi.
The Minister noted he had discussed resolution of the conflict during his meetings with Kazakh president Nursultan Nazarbayev and foreign minister Kanat Saudabayev.
“We are willing to work with Kazakhstan to contribute to resolving the conflict,” he stressed.
Touching upon Armenian president Serzh Sargsyan`s remarks he delivered during the visit to London, Davutoglu said it shows that Yerevan rejects to taking a real step towards settlement of the dispute, and calls for Turkey to make its intention known.
“We have repeatedly declared our intention. We will support any step to contribute to ensuring durable peace.”
