AZERBAIJAN, CANADA HAVE LARGE POTENTIAL FOR COOPERATION
Baku, February 10 (AzerTAc). FM of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov met with the newly-appointed ambassador of Canada Mark Bailey.
Presenting a copy of credentials, Mark Bailey expressed satisfaction with his appointment to the post of ambassador in Azerbaijan. Noting there is large potential for development of cooperation between the two countries in a number of fields, the diplomat said during his tenure he would make all possible efforts for expansion of Azerbaijan-Canada relations.
Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan congratulated him on new appointment and wished success in his mission “for intensification of bilateral ties between Azerbaijan and Canada”.
