HEYDAR ALIYEV AZERBAIJAN LITERATURE AND CULTURAL CENTER TO BE ESTABLISHED IN KYRGYZSTAN
Bishkek, February 9 (AzerTAc). The Heydar Aliyev Azerbaijan Literature and Cultural Center will be set up at the Kyrgyzstan National Library on the initiative of the Foundation for Support to Turkish-Speaking Countries` Policy.
The decision on establishment of the center was announced at the meeting between Head of the Foundation and Director of the National Library Jildiz Bakashova.
The meeting was attended by director of the Kyrgyzstan`s Chingiz Aytmatov Language and Literature Institute Abdildajan Akmataliyev and Chairperson of the Kyrgyztan-Azerbaijan Youth Organization Lala Abdullayeva.
During a meeting, Nusret Mammadov said heritage of national leader must be studied not only in Azerbaijan but also in other countries including Turkish-speaking ones.
Akmataliyev said Heydar Aliyev loved Kyrgyzstan and Kyrgyz people as he attended festivities marking the anniversary of Manas epos.
The center will house materials concerning the history of Azerbaijani literature, art. A bust to national leader will be erected at the center.
