PACE CO-RAPPORTEURS VISIT AZERBAIJAN
Baku, 8 February (AzerTAc). Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly Subcommittee’s co-rapporteurs for Azerbaijan Andres Herkel (Estonia) and Joseph Debono Grech (Malta) are on their visit to Azerbaijan.
The co-rapporteurs have started their visit from the second largest city of Azerbaijan - Ganja. Here, they are expected to meet local authorities, the Prosecutor, the Chair of Court of Appeal and the Chief of Police.
In Baku, Andres Herkel and Joseph Debono Grech will pay a visit to the Milli Majlis, Ministers of Justice and Foreign Affairs, Central Electoral Commission. Also the PACE officials will meet representatives of Azeri NGO-s and political parties.
The visit will end on February 11.
