PRESIDENT: AZERBAIJAN IS MUCH MORE STRONGER THAN ARMENIA
Baku, 8 February (AzerTAc). President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has said his country is much more powerful than Armenia in all respects.
In an interview with Euronews, the Azerbaijani leader said: “Our economy is today ten times bigger that Armenia`s. We can spend as much as we want, while Armenia spends only what it receives in a foreign aid.”
The President said there was no power balance between the two countries any more.
“Our military is much more stronger. Azerbaijan`s budget is almost eight times bigger than Armenia`s. We have bigger defense spending, and it is a reality,” President Ilham Aliyev added.
