VP: Sanctions will not halt Iran’s scientific progress
Tehran, Feb 8, IRNA – First vice-president said Sunday the enemies cannot hinder Iran from achieving scientific goals by imposing sanctions on the country.
Mohammad-Reza Rahimi made the remarks while addressing the 23rd International Kharazmi (Khwarizmi) Festival that started on Sunday in Tehran.
Rahimi expressed pleasure in his speech over the Iranian scientific successes despite global arrogance that wants to cease those achievements.
He also said the hegemony claims to be fighting terrorism but they themselves are actually terrorists./end
