PACE DISCUSSES AZERBAIJAN CULTURAL HERITAGE
Strasbourg, January 28 (AzerTAc). The PACE Committee on Culture, Science and Education has held a debate on the Azerbaijan cultural heritage during the organization`s winter session.
Addressing the meeting, member of the Committee Rafael Huseynov told of the Armenia`s aggressive policy against Azerbaijan`s cultural heritage. He noted the Azerbaijan delegation appealed to the PACE leadership over this problem at the previous session. PACE leadership sent a letter to Armenia and Armenian delegation to PACE, calling for an end of this kind of law violation.
Attending Committee`s meeting, PACE department chief Roberto Fasino took this issue into consideration while Committee on Rules of Procedure, Immunities and Institutional Affairs started investigation into the case.
