AZERI JUDO FIGHTERS TO BATTLE FOR MEDALS AT GRAND SLAM TOURNAMENT
Baku, 29 January (AzerTAc). Azerbaijani judo fighters will compete in the Grand Slam tournament starting in Paris, France, next Saturday.
The Azeri team will include Sarkhan Ahmadov weighing in at 66 kg, Tarlan Karimov at 66 kg, Ramin Gurbanov at 81 kg, Elkhan Radjabli at 81 kg, Elkhan Mammadov at 90 kg and Elmar Gasimov at 100 kg.
Ramila Yusubova weighing in at 63 kg will compete in the women`s event.
The tournament will bring together nearly 400 fighters from 50 countries.
