Kyrgyzstan, Hungary intend to jointly combat novel coronavirus

Bishkek, Aug. 11, 2020. /Kabar/. Today, Aug. 11 Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Chingiz Aidarbekov talked over phone with Péter Szijjártó, the Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade. During the conversation, Chingiz Aidarbekov once again thanked the Hungarian side for the provided humanitarian aid in the form of ventilators, the press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry reported. The sides discussed the implementation of the results of the Hungarian FM’s working visit to the Kyrgyz Republic on July 15 this year and the schedule of contacts at the highest and high levels until the end of 2020. Information was exchanged on the status of the parties' consideration of current bilateral instruments. In addition, the two foreign ministers paid special attention to the need for joint practical cooperation in combating coronavirus infection and its negative socio-economic impact.
