Bahrain condemns terrorist attack in Nigeria

Manama, Mar. 25 (BNA): Bahrain has condemned the “terrorist attack that targeted buses carrying soldiers of the Nigerian Army, which resulted in the death and injury of many soldiers, stressing the Kingdom of Bahrain's solidarity with the Federal Republic of Nigeria in its efforts to combat terrorism.” In a statement, the Foreign Ministry said it “extends its sincere condolences to the Nigerian government and families of the victims, and its wishes of speedy recovery to the injured.” “It also reiterates the Kingdom’s firm stance against all forms of violence, extremism and terrorism, calling for joining efforts to eliminate this scourge that threatens international peace and security,” the statement added.
