Meeting of Council for Tourism of CIS countries kicks off in Dushanbe
Dushanbe, Aug. 10, 2018. / Kabar /. The meeting of the Council for Tourism of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) has started today at the National Library of Dushanbe. The representatives of Russia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan will discuss the issues of increasing the level of the tourist potential and the plan for implementing the development strategy of this sector. Head of the President’s Executive Office of Tajikistan Adham Mamurzoda delivered a welcoming remark. "We are confident that today's meeting will contribute to the development of the creative goals of the CIS countries, as well as create legal bases in the field of tourism and will be the beginning of further fruitful cooperation among the CIS member states," he said. The meeting of the CIS Council on Tourism is held in the "Year of Tourism and Folk Crafts" in Tajikistan, which certainly will play an enormous role in strengthening cooperation between the countries.
