Camping Begins at Samjiyon Children's Camp

 Pyongyang, May 31 (KCNA) -- The first-term camping began at the Samjiyon Children's Camp in the DPRK.
A ceremony of kicking off the camping took place on May 30.
Present there were Kim Chol Nam, chairman of the Ryanggang Provincial People's Committee, officials concerned, officials of the youth league and officials and teaching staff of the camp and campers.
The flag of camping was hoisted amid the playing of the song "March of the Children's Union".
A reporter and speakers said that the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un bestowed favors on schoolchildren so that they enjoy camping at the splendid palace in Samjiyon City which turned into a standard mountain cultural town and a model regional city.
They called upon all the schoolchildren to further enrich their knowledge through camping and firmly prepare themselves to be true sons and daughters and young revolutionaries of the socialist country who are possessed of strong physical strength. -0-
