Uzbek ambassador presents credentials to Chinese President

Uzbekistan, Tashkent, June 6 / Trend, D. Azizov / Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to the People's Republic of China Doniyar Kurbanov presented his credentials to Chinese President Hu Jintao, Jahon news agency under the Uzbek Foreign Ministry reported. Receiving the credentials, President Hu Jintao stressed that China highly appreciates the success of stable, progressive development of cooperation achieved between the two countries over 20 years of diplomatic relations. According to President Hu Jintao, a guarantee of further efficient development of partnerships and cooperation between the two countries is high-level of mutual understanding and trust, as well as support to each other on matters of mutual interest. President Hu Jintao said that close cooperation between China and Uzbekistan within the UN, SCO and other multilateral institutions helps to ensure the security and stability not only in the two countries, but also the entire Central Asian region.
