Inter-party selection of candidates to the Senate
Astana, 20 August 2008, (Khabar) - "Nur Otan" party has held inter-party selection of candidates to the Senate deputies.
"Nur Otan" People's Democratic Party held primaries in most dynamically developing regions of the republic - Pavlodar and Karaganda regions. Program of industrial and innovational development has been functioning in Pavlodar region and in its framework such projects as "Tube-rolling mill", "Chlorine and alkaline production", "Electrolysis plant on production of primary aluminum" have been realized. The members of "Nur Otan" party in Pavlodar region run their candidates to Senate deputies and hope most of social and economical issues will be settled and contribute into interaction of central and regional structures of representative power. The Karaganda region actively realizes the reforms that had been suggested by the head of the state. The region is known with its industrial, educational and cultural potential and wants more worthy representatives of the region worked in upper chamber of theParliament.
