Baku, October 19, AZERTAC Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov has expressed gratitude to his Uzbek counterpart Vladimir Norov for the congratulations on the Restoration of the Azerbaijan’s Independence Day. In a post on his official Twitter account, FM Bayramov said: “Thank you dear Vladimir Norov for your warm wishes.
